Cookies
What is stored in your browser, why, and how to change your mind about it.

The short version
Two cookies are needed for the site to work properly: one remembers your language, one remembers your answer to the question below. They are set by us, on this domain, and they go nowhere else.
Everything else is optional. Google Analytics is loaded only after you have accepted it. Until then nothing loads, not even the tag or the loader. Decline it and the site behaves in exactly the same way; there is no degraded version and no second ask.
What is stored
| Name | Purpose | Provider | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| casaipsa_locale | Remembers whether you read the site in German or English, so a bare address resolves to the language you chose. Strictly necessary. | CASA IPSA (first party) | 12 months |
| casaipsa_consent | Stores your decision about analytics, so you are not asked again on every page. Strictly necessary. | CASA IPSA (first party) | 6 months |
| _ga | Google Analytics client ID, which distinguishes one browser from another. Set only if you accept analytics. | 2 years | |
| _ga_<container-id> | Google Analytics session state, which keeps track of the current visit. Set only if you accept analytics. | 2 years | |
| Booking progress (session storage) | Keeps your progress through the booking dialogue so closing it does not lose what you entered. Not a cookie: it never leaves your device. | CASA IPSA (first party) | Until the tab is closed |
The two Google Analytics rows describe what would be set if you accept. Until you do, neither cookie exists, because nothing is loaded from Google at all.
Cookies set by other sites
Paying for a consultation sends you to checkout.stripe.com, and choosing an appointment loads Google’s booking page. Both set their own cookies, on their own domains, under their own responsibility. Stripe’s are set on checkout.stripe.com, Google’s on calendar.google.com. Neither can set a cookie on casaipsa.com, and neither is loaded until you take that step yourself.
What each of them does with the data is set out in our privacy policy, which also names their addresses, the legal basis and the retention periods.
Everything else is served from here
The three typefaces this site uses, Bebas Neue, Satoshi and Sedillo, are all bundled with the site and served from our own domain. Your browser never contacts Google Fonts. The same is true of every photograph. There are no embedded maps, no video players, no icon CDN and no social media plug-ins. The only outbound links are to our Instagram and LinkedIn profiles in the footer, and nothing is loaded from those services unless you click through.
What does happen on every request is that your browser sends technical information to the server delivering the page: your IP address, the page requested, your browser version and similar. Our hosting provider records this in server log files to keep the site available and secure.
That is not a cookie, and it is not used to identify or follow you. It is described in full in our privacy policy.
Changing your decision
Use the button at the bottom of this page, or the cookie settings link in the footer of any page. It reopens the same banner you saw on your first visit, with your current answer shown. Turning analytics off deletes the Google Analytics cookies from your browser straight away and stops any further measurement.
You can also do it from the browser side: every major browser lets you refuse cookies, accept them only from certain sites, or delete them when you close it. You will usually find this under Settings, then Privacy. Deleting casaipsa_consent simply means you will be asked again on your next visit.
Your choice
You decided this on your first visit and you can change it here at any time. The change takes effect immediately.
You have not made a choice yet, so analytics is off.
